Avidity Biosciences Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 11, 2020 8:54 PM EDTSAN DIEGO, June 11, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Avidity Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: RNA), a biopharmaceutical company pioneering a new class of oligonucleotide-based therapies called Antibody Oligonucleotide Conjugates (AOCs), today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 14,400,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $18.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on June 12, 2020 under the ticker symbol "RNA". All of the shares are being offered by Avidity.
