Eversource Energy Prices Public Offering of 6,000,000 Common Shares
June 11, 2020 9:41 AM EDTHARTFORD, Conn. & BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Eversource Energy (NYSE: ES) today announced that it has priced its previously announced public offering of 6,000,000 of its common shares at a price per share of $86.26. In connection with the offering, Eversource Energy has granted to the underwriters, noted below, a 30-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional Eversource Energy common shares, all of which will be offered upon the same terms. The offering is expected to close on or about June 15, 2020, subject to satisfaction or waiver of customary closing conditions.
