May 28, 2020 9:23 PM EDTRADNOR, Pa., May 28, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Marinus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: MRNS) (Marinus or the Company), a pharmaceutical company dedicated to the development of innovative therapeutics to treat rare seizure disorders, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 16,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $2.50 per share. The gross proceeds of the offering to the Company are expected to be approximately $40,000,000, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses.
