National Fuel Gas Company Announces Offering of Common Stock
May 28, 2020 4:21 PM EDTWILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y., May 28, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- National Fuel Gas Company (NYSE: NFG) (the Company) today announced that the Company has commenced an underwritten public offering of 3.25 million shares of the Companys common stock (the Common Stock). The Company is conducting the offering pursuant to an effective registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933. The Company expects to grant the respective underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 487,500 shares of Common Stock.
