bluebird bio Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
May 18, 2020 9:32 PM EDTCAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- bluebird bio, Inc. (Nasdaq: BLUE) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 9,090,910 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $55.00 per share, before underwriting discounts. In addition, bluebird bio has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,363,636 shares of common stock. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by bluebird bio.
