Fastly Announces Launch of Follow-on Public Offering
May 18, 2020 4:05 PM EDTSAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fastly, Inc. (Fastly), provider of an edge cloud platform, today announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed follow-on public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. In addition, Fastly intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional shares of Class A common stock.
