Equinix Announces Pricing of Public Offering of $1.5 Billion of Common Stock
May 11, 2020 10:20 PM EDTREDWOOD CITY, Calif., May 11, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Equinix, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQIX), the global interconnection and data center company, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,250,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $665.00 per share. All shares of common stock to be sold in the offering are offered by Equinix. In addition, Equinix has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 337,500 shares of its common stock. The offering is expected to close on May 14, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.Â
