Revenue of $649 million was 40% higher year over year given the addition of Milacron; organic revenue decreased 3% GAAP EPS of ($0.99) decreased $1.59 primarily as a result of impairment and acquisition-related charges; adjusted EPS of $0.53 decreased 16% primarily driven by incremental amortization from the acquisition of Milacron and interest expense Order backlog increased 22% year over year to $1.17 billion driven primarily by the addition of Milacron; Process Equipment Group backlog of $982 million increased 2% year over year and 9% sequentially mainly due to continued demand for large plastics projects...
