NCL Corporation Ltd. (NCLC), a subsidiary of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH) (NCLH, or the Company), announced a private placement of up to $400 million in aggregate principal amount of exchangeable senior notes due 2026 (the Private Exchangeable Notes) to an affiliate of L Catterton.
