Hanmi Financial Declares Cash Dividend of $0.12 per Share
May 1, 2020 9:00 AM EDTLOS ANGELES, May 01, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hanmi Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: HAFC) (Hanmi), the holding company for Hanmi Bank, today announced that in response to the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, its Board of Directors has decided to reduce its quarterly cash dividend on its common shares for the second quarter to $0.12 per share. The dividend will be paid on May 29, 2020, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 11, 2020.
