Huron Announces First Quarter 2020 Financial Results

Revenues increased $18.2 million, or 8.9%, to $222.6 million in Q1 2020 from $204.4 million in Q1 2019. Net loss from continuing operations, which includes non-cash pretax goodwill impairment charges of $59.8 million related to the company's Business Advisory segment, was $42.3 million in Q1 2020 compared to net income from continuing operations of $3.4 million in Q1 2019. Adjusted EBITDA(7), a non-GAAP measure, increased $1.0 million, or 5.6%, to $19.0 million in Q1 2020 from $18.0 million in Q1 2019.
