Fortive Reports First Quarter 2020 Results
April 30, 2020 4:15 PM EDTEVERETT, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fortive Corporation (Fortive) (NYSE: FTV) today announced results for the first quarter 2020.
For the first quarter ended March 27, 2020, net earnings from continuing operations attributable to common stockholders were $25.0 million. For the same period, adjusted net earnings from continuing operations were $264.3 million. Diluted net earnings per share from continuing operations for the first quarter ended March 27, 2020 were $0.07. For the same period, adjusted diluted net earnings per share from continuing operations were $0.74.
