Valley National Bancorp Reports First Quarter 2020 Net Income, Strong Loan Growth and Net Interest Margin
April 30, 2020 8:00 AM EDTNEW YORK, April 30, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Valley National Bancorp (NASDAQ:VLY), the holding company for Valley National Bank, today reported net income for the first quarter 2020 of $87.3 million, or $0.21 per diluted common share, as compared to the first quarter 2019 earnings of $113.3 million, or $0.33 per diluted common share, and net income of $38.1 million, or $0.10 per diluted common share, for the fourth quarter 2019.
