Intercontinental Exchange Approves Second Quarter Dividend of $0.30 per Share
April 30, 2020 7:35 AM EDTATLANTA & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE), a leading operator of global exchanges and clearing houses and provider of data and listings services, announced today a $0.30 per share dividend for the second quarter of 2020, which is up 9% from the $0.275 per share dividend paid in the second quarter of 2019. The cash dividend is payable on June 30, 2020 to stockholders of record as of June 16, 2020. The ex-dividend date is June 15, 2020.
