Axos Financial, Inc. Reports Record Third Quarter 2020 Earnings

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Axos Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AX) (Axos), parent company of Axos Bank (the Bank), today announced financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2020. Net income was $56.1 million, an increase of 44.4% from $38.8 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2019. Earnings attributable to Axos common stockholders were $56.0 million or $0.91 per diluted share for the third quarter of fiscal 2020, an increase of 44.5% from $38.7 million or $0.63 per diluted share for the third quarter ended March 31, 2019.
