Associated Banc-Corp Reports First Quarter 2020 Earnings of $0.27 Per Common Share, or $0.28 Per Common Share Excluding $2 million in Acquisition Related Costs(1)
April 23, 2020 4:15 PM EDTGREEN BAY, Wis., April 23, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --Â Associated Banc-Corp (NYSE: ASB) ("Associated" or "Company") today reported net income available to common equity ("earnings") of $42 million, or $0.27 per common share for the quarter ended March 31, 2020. Â Excluding acquisition related costs, the Company reported earnings of $43 million, or $0.28 per common share. These amounts compare to net income available to common equity of $83 million, or $0.50 per common share for the quarter ended March 31, 2019.
