NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HCA Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: HCA) today announced financial and operating results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. The Company also announced that it has implemented a number of actions to respond to the impact and uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. These measures are highlighted later in this release.
