American Campus Communities (ACC) Tops Q1 EPS by 35c, Revenues Beat
April 20, 2020 4:20 PM EDTAmerican Campus Communities (NYSE: ACC) reported Q1 EPS of $0.58, $0.35 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $249.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $232.13 million.
