Booking Holdings Announces Commencement of Senior Notes Offering
April 8, 2020 8:00 AM EDTNORWALK, Conn., April 8, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Booking Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: BKNG) ("Booking Holdings") announced today the commencement of an offering (the "Offering") of one or more series of its senior notes (collectively, the "Notes") pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The Notes will be senior, unsecured obligations of Booking Holdings and will not be guaranteed by any subsidiaries of Booking Holdings.
