The First Bancorp Declares First Quarter Dividend
March 26, 2020 4:45 PM EDTDAMARISCOTTA, Maine--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of The First Bancorp (NASDAQ: FNLC), the parent company of First National Bank, today declared a quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share. This first quarter dividend is payable April 20, 2020, to shareholders of record as of April 10, 2020. Based on the March 25, 2020 closing price of $19.99 per share, the annualized dividend of $1.20 per share translates to a yield of 6.00%.
