MGM Growth Properties Increases Quarterly Dividend To An Annualized Rate Of $1.90 Per Share
March 13, 2020 9:00 AM EDTLAS VEGAS, March 13, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- MGM Growth Properties LLC ("MGP") (NYSE: MGP) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.4750 per Class A common share for the first quarter. On an annualized basis, the dividend of $1.90 represents an increase of $0.02 per share. This is the 10th dividend increase since MGP's initial public offering in April 2016. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2020. Â
