NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Harvest Capital Credit Corporation (the Company, we, or our) (NASDAQ: HCAP) announced financial results for its fiscal year and fourth quarter ended December 31, 2019 and that its Board of Directors declared distributions of $0.08 per share for each of the months of February, March, and April of 2020.
