TE Connectivity (TEL) Reports Election of Lynn Dugle and Dawn Willoughby to Board
March 11, 2020 5:07 PM EDTThe shareholders of TE Connectivity (NYSE: TEL) elected Lynn A. Dugle, former chief executive officer of Engility Holdings Inc., and Dawn C. Willoughby, former executive vice president and chief operating officer of The Clorox Company, to its board of directors during the 2020 Annual General Meeting on March 11.
