Vail Resorts (MTN) Misses Q2 EPS by 42c, Revenues Miss; Withdraws Fiscal 2020 Guidance

Vail Resorts (NYSE: MTN) reported Q2 EPS of $5.04, $0.42 worse than the analyst estimate of $5.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $924.64 million versus the consensus estimate of $953.65 million.
Given the uncertainty surrounding the impact of the coronavirus on the broader U.S. travel market and any specific impact to the performance of the Company, the Company is not issuing guidance at this time for fiscal 2020 and is withdrawing its previous guidance issued on January 17, 2020.
