Zogenix Prices Public Offering of Common Stock
March 3, 2020 9:04 PM ESTEMERYVILLE, Calif., March 03, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zogenix, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZGNX), a global pharmaceutical company developing rare disease therapies, announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 8,520,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $23.50 per share. The gross proceeds to Zogenix from the offering, before underwriting discounts and commissions and offering costs, are expected to be approximately $200.2 million. Zogenix has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,278,000 shares of common stock.
