Allison Transmission Increases Quarterly Dividend and Announces Annual Stockholders Meeting and Record Date
February 26, 2020 4:05 PM ESTINDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ALSN) announced today that its board of directors has approved an increase in the Companys quarterly dividend from $0.15 to $0.17 per share on the Companys common stock. The Companys board of directors also declared a cash dividend of $0.17 per share on the companys common stock for the first quarter of 2020. Payment will be made on March 20, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 9.
