Chesapeake Utilities Corporation Reports Record Results For Fiscal Year 2019 And Updates Earnings Guidance
February 26, 2020 4:30 PM ESTDOVER, Del., Feb. 26, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (NYSE: CPK) ("Chesapeake Utilities" or the "Company") today announced financial results for the year and the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2019. Net income for 2019 was $65.2 million, or $3.96 per share compared to $56.6 million, or $3.45 per share for 2018.  Fourth quarter 2019 net income was $22.6 million, or $1.37 per share compared to $17.8 million, or $1.08 per share in 2018.
