February 25, 2020 5:00 PM ESTCommunity Healthcare Trust (NYSE: CHCT) reported Q4 EPS of $0.09, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $16.83 million versus the consensus estimate of $17.06 million.
