Independence Realty Trust (IRT) Prices 9M Share Common Offering at $15.30/Sh
February 20, 2020 9:38 AM ESTIndependence Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: IRT) today announced the pricing of its public offering of 9,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of $15.30 per share in connection with the forward sale agreement described below. The Company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,350,000 additional shares. The offering is expected to close on or about February 24, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
