NHI Announces Increase in First Quarter 2020 Dividend
February 19, 2020 6:01 AM ESTMURFREESBORO, TN / ACCESSWIRE / February 19, 2020 / National Health Investors, Inc. (NYSE: NHI) announced today that it will increase its quarterly dividend by 5.0% to $1.1025 per common share. Dividends are payable on May 8, 2020 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2020.
This marks the 11th straight year that NHI has increased its quarterly dividend by 5% or more while maintaining a prudent payout ratio at or below 80% of normalized FFO in each of the last seven years.
