Kilroy Realty (KRC) to Offer 4M Shares
February 18, 2020 4:04 PM ESTKilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC) announced today that it has commenced a public offering of 4,000,000 shares of common stock in connection with the forward sale agreements described below, subject to market and other conditions. The forward purchasers (as defined below) or their respective affiliates expect to grant to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares of common stock.
J.P. Morgan, Barclays, BofA Securities and Wells Fargo Securities will act as joint book-running managers for the offering.
