Terex Announces Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2019 Results
February 13, 2020 4:10 PM ESTWESTPORT, Conn., Feb. 13, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX) today announced fourth quarter 2019 income from continuing operations of $18.5 million, or $0.26 per share, on net sales of $885.0 million. In the fourth quarter of 2018, the reported income from continuing operations was $19.6 million, or $0.26 per share, on net sales of $1,048.8 million. Income from continuing operations, as adjusted, for the fourth quarter of 2019 was $25.7 million, or $0.36 per share.
