AVROBIO Announces Pricing of Underwritten Public Offering of $100 Million of Common Stock
February 12, 2020 10:08 PM ESTCAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AVROBIO, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVRO), a leading clinical-stage gene therapy company, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 4,350,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $23.00 per share. Gross proceeds from the underwritten public offering will total approximately $100 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by the company.
