Theravance Biopharma Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Ordinary Shares
February 11, 2020 11:06 PM ESTDUBLIN, Feb. 11, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Theravance Biopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: TBPH) ("Theravance Biopharma" or the "Company"), a diversified biopharmaceutical company primarily focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of organ-selective medicines, announced today the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 5,500,000 ordinary shares at a price to the public of $27.00 per share. The gross proceeds to Theravance Biopharma from the offering are expected to be approximately $148.5 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses.
