Moderna Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Shares of Common Stock
February 11, 2020 10:12 PM ESTCAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Moderna, Inc. (Nasdaq: MRNA), a clinical stage biotechnology company pioneering messenger RNA (mRNA) therapeutics and vaccines to create a new generation of transformative medicines for patients, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 26,315,790 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $19.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions.
