The Eastern Company Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend
February 11, 2020 4:20 PM ESTNAUGATUCK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Eastern Company (NASDAQ: EML) today announced the declaration of its regular quarterly cash dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per share, payable March 16, 2020, to common shareholders of record as of March 2, 2020. This dividend represents the Companys 318th consecutive quarterly dividend.
