The Ensign Group Reports Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2019 Results
February 5, 2020 4:18 PM ESTSAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif., Feb. 05, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Ensign Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENSG), the parent company of the Ensign(TM) group of companies, which provide skilled nursing services, senior living services, rehabilitative care services and other healthcare services, announced its operating results for the fourth quarter and full year 2019, reporting record GAAP diluted earnings per share of $0.49 and $1.97 for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2019, respectively.  Ensign also reported a record adjusted earnings per share of $0.60 for the quarter and $2.24 for the year(2).
