Energizer Holdings, Inc. Announces Fiscal 2020 First Quarter Results and Reaffirms Full Year Guidance
February 5, 2020 6:45 AM ESTST. LOUIS, Feb. 5, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Energizer Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ENR) today announced results for the first fiscal quarter, which ended December 31, 2019. Net earnings from continuing operations were $45.8 million, or $0.60 per diluted common share, compared to net earnings of $70.8 million, or $1.16 per diluted common share, in the prior year first quarter.
