Provident Financial Services, Inc. Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year Earnings and Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
January 31, 2020 8:00 AM ESTISELIN, N.J., Jan. 31, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Provident Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFS) (the Company) reported net income of $26.0 million, or $0.40 per basic and diluted share for the quarter ended December 31, 2019, compared to net income of $35.8 million, or $0.55 per basic and diluted share for the quarter ended December 31, 2018. For the year ended December 31, 2019, the Company reported net income of $112.6 million, or $1.74 per basic and diluted share, compared to net income of $118.4 million, or $1.82 per basic and diluted share for 2018.
