Resolute Forest Products (RFP) Misses Q4 EPS by 28c, Revenues Miss
January 30, 2020 7:11 AM ESTResolute Forest Products (NYSE: RFP) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.59), $0.28 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.31). Revenue for the quarter came in at $668 million versus the consensus estimate of $706 million.
"Our fourth quarter results reflect bottom-of-the-cycle conditions in market pulp, ongoing pricing pressures in paper grades and the slow pricing recovery in lumber," said Yves Laflamme, president and chief executive officer.
