Black Hills Corp. Announces First Quarter Dividend
January 29, 2020 4:15 PM ESTRAPID CITY, S.D., Jan. 29, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held Jan. 29, 2020. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 14, 2020, will receive $0.535 per share, payable March 1, 2020.
With this dividend approval by the board of directors, the company is on track to achieve an important dividend milestone in 2020 50 consecutive years of annual increases of the dividend.
