STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- United Rentals, Inc. (NYSE: URI) today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 20191.
Fourth Quarter 2019
Total revenue increased 6.5% to $2.456 billion and rental revenue increased 3.7% to $2.062 billion. On a GAAP basis, the company reported fourth quarter net income of $338 million, or $4.49 per diluted share ("EPS"), compared with $310 million, or $3.80 per diluted share, for the same period in 2018.
