C. H. Robinson Worldwide (CHRW) Reports Acquisition of Prime Distribution Services from Roadrunner Transportation (RRTS)

Robinson (NASDAQ: CHRW) today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Prime Distribution Services (Prime), a leading provider of retail consolidation services in North America, from Roadrunner Transportation (NYSE: RRTS). The agreement is subject to certain customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval.
