Camden National Corporation Reports Fourth Quarter and Annual Earnings for 2019
January 28, 2020 8:45 AM ESTCAMDEN, Maine, Jan. 28, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --Â Camden National Corporation (NASDAQ: CAC; "Camden National" or the "Company"), a $4.4 billion bank holding company headquartered in Camden, Maine, reported record net income of $57.2 million and diluted earnings per share ("EPS") of $3.69 for 2019, an increase of 8% and 9% over 2018, respectively. Strong earnings for the year resulted in a return on average assets of 1.30% and return on average equity of 12.44% for 2019, compared to a return on average assets and equity of 1.28% and 12.92%, respectively, for 2018.
