January 27, 2020 5:01 PM ESTDAYTONA BEACH, Fla., Jan. 27, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Brown & Brown, Inc. (NYSE: BRO) (the "Company") today announced its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2019.
Revenues for the fourth quarter of 2019 under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP") were $579.0 million, increasing $70.3 million, or 13.8%, compared to the fourth quarter of the prior year, with commissions and fees increasing by 13.6% and Organic Revenue(1) increasing by 5.2%.
