Heartland Financial USA, Inc. Declares an 11% Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend
January 23, 2020 4:00 PM ESTDUBUQUE, Iowa, Jan. 23, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTLF), announced that its board of directors approved an 11% increase in its regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.20 per share on the company's common stock payable on February 28, 2020, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 14, 2020. As of December 31, 2019, there were 36,704,278 common shares outstanding listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol HTLF.
