January 22, 2020 8:48 AM ESTPHILADELPHIA and OXFORD, United Kingdom, Jan. 22, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Adaptimmune Therapeutics plc (Adaptimmune)(Nasdaq: ADAP), a leader in T-cell therapy to treat cancer, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 21,000,000 of its American Depositary Shares (ADSs) at a price to the public of $4.00 per ADS.
