HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Halliburton Company (NYSE: HAL) announced today a net loss of $1.7 billion, or $1.88 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2019. This compares to net income for the third quarter of 2019 of $295 million, or $0.34 per diluted share.
