Mercantile Bank Corporation Announces Strong Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2019 Results
January 21, 2020 5:01 AM ESTGRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Jan. 21, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Mercantile Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: MBWM) ("Mercantile") reported net income of $13.3 million, or $0.81 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2019, compared with net income of $11.6 million, or $0.70 per diluted share, for the respective prior-year period. For the full year 2019, Mercantile reported net income of $49.5 million, or $3.01 per diluted share, compared with net income of $42.0 million, or $2.53 per diluted share, for the full year 2018.
