CHICAGO (Reuters) - Cashing in on rising demand for imitation meat, major retailers including Kroger and Walmart recently began to carry Beyond Meat's (NASDAQ: BYND) plant-based burgers and sausages.
Now, several stores are creating similar products that will compete with Beyond Meat.
